This policy explains how YBI Entertainment Music Group Inc. handles information in connection with JamaicanTube.com and CaribbeanTube.com, including the shared website to which CaribbeanTube.com currently directs visitors.

Information you choose to provide

When you email us, request advertising or submit content, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, organization, message, credits, links and uploaded files. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or unrelated private documents.

Visits, analytics and technical information

Our hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser and device details, referring pages and security logs to deliver and protect the website. We use Google Analytics to understand page visits, engagement, traffic sources and approximate geographic patterns. These statistics do not automatically tell us a visitor’s name or email address.

On our homepage, Google Analytics loads only after you allow optional analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser so it can be remembered. You can change it using “Privacy and cookie settings” at the bottom of the homepage. Analytics can use cookies and browser identifiers once enabled. Your browser may send technical information to Google; Google states that Google Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses. Advertising and cookies

The website includes Google AdSense technology. Its presence does not mean Google has approved the site or that an ad is displayed on every visit. Where ads are served, Google and other participating third-party vendors may use cookies to serve and measure ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. Google advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to personalize ads across sites, subject to available consent choices and settings.

Embedded media, submissions and external services

• YouTube: embedded players use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain where configured. Loading or playing a video can still involve Google receiving technical information. YouTube’s services are covered by Google’s Privacy Policy.
• FormSubmit: our content submission form sends the details and files you submit through FormSubmit for delivery to our team by email. Its processing is described in FormSubmit’s privacy information.
• Purchases and bookings: Gumroad, payment services and travel providers handle transactions on their own websites under their own policies. We may receive order or payment confirmation information relevant to a requested service; do not send full payment credentials to us.
• Social and other links: Instagram, Facebook and other linked services apply their own privacy rules when you use them.

How we use and share information

We use information to respond to messages, review content and advertising inquiries, provide requested services, understand readership, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations. Service providers supporting hosting, analytics, media, form delivery and email may process information for those purposes. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or with your permission.

We do not sell the contact information you submit to us. Advertising and analytics technologies may nevertheless involve third parties receiving browser data as described above. Submitting a story for review does not itself make your private email address public; publication of your content is governed by the submission arrangements.

Your choices and requests

Open privacy and cookie settings to change optional analytics choices and access Google’s advertising consent controls when available for your visit.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. Some embedded features may work differently when cookies or scripts are blocked. If a consent message is presented, use its available controls to review or change your preferences.

Retention, security and international processing

Information is retained as needed for the inquiry or service, recordkeeping, security and applicable legal obligations. Retention periods differ among hosting, email and other providers. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website or email system can guarantee complete security. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries.

Children’s privacy
